The Insanity Workout Schedule is just that INSANE! Pegged as the hardest workout that Beachbody has ever put on DVD, after doing it I have to agree. At 60 days long Insanity is geared more towards people who are already in decent shape and just looking to take their athleticism to the next level. What do I need to get started with The Insanity Workout Schedule?

Unlike other programs like P90X, with the Insanity Workout Schedule you only need yourself, Insanity DVD’s, a yoga mat (if you desire), a towel, and a bottle of water (A BIG ONE..LOL).
