If you have read my other posts you know that I have fallen in love with the Chalean Extreme workout and I have always loved Brazil Butt Lift. So what’s a girl to do when time is of the essence? Chalean Extreme/Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid combines two POWERHOUSE trainers Chalene Johnson and Leandro Carvalho. Chalean Extreme is Chalene’s workout program with the mantra “Muscle Burns Fat!” broken down into 3 phases over a 90 day schedule: Burn, Push, and Lean. Brazil Butt Lift utilizes Leandro’s  TriAngle training method that has been used by Victoria’s Secret models to get a runway worthy booty in as little as 30 days.  After doing both of these programs I have found that each is missing a little bit of this or a little bit of that. Brazil Butt Lift doesn’t utilize weights as much as Chalean Extreme therefore I miss the upper body burn and exhaustion. Chalean Extreme has a good lower body and abdominal workout but nothing like Brazil Butt Lift. Chalean Extreme/Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid combines the best of both worlds.
